- Final edit Cluster Munition Monitor (2013, 2014 and 2015) and Landmine Monitor (2013 and 2014) the de facto civil society-led monitoring regime for the Convention on Cluster Munitions and the Mine Ban Treaty, led by the Nobel prize-winning International Campaign to Ban Landmines and the Cluster Munition Coalition.
- Manage a team of 12 editors and dozens of researchers located around the globe.
- Develop press releases and serve as a media contact for the Monitor.
Director and Policy Advisor (Secretariat) 2011-2013

- Establish new Secretariat to support civil society alliance active in all regions of the world, leading to the successful international negotiation and adoption of the Arms Trade Treaty, the first global treaty on the trade in all conventional weapons.
- Liaise with diplomats and government officials in the United Nations and other fora. Present to government, public and expert audiences globally.
- Draft policy papers for Control Arms, manage production of select reports.
- Develop and implement global media and coalition strategy, and act as media contact.
- Oversee fundraising and donor relations for the Secretariat.

- Provide senior leadership in strategic planning, policy development, grant writing and reporting, communications, new media development, personnel hiring and supervision.
- Serve as staff expert on conventional weapons issues.
